I was very pleased with the instruction I received from Ranger Firearms Training. The non-restricted course that I took was very thorough and prepared me well for the written and practical exam. I recommend this course to others.

I highly recommend this instructor. Rick is a very dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate man with decades of experience and truly cares about the sport and safety of gun use and ownership. I will be enrolling my children to take their hunter safety course with him.

I took the non-restricted course this sat (9 January 2016). It was a very long day but the instructor is very knowledgeable and kept it interesting so it went quick. Learned a ton I didn't know. Very pleased with my experience with Ranger Firearms Training.

My son and I both took the non-restricted course on January 9th and I would recommend Rick for sure. He has a lot of experience and he kept my attention throughout the class even though it was well over 8 hrs. Rick was thorough and took safety very seriously. I am glad my son and I took this course as we have very little experience with guns.

Rick is an excellent instructor and I highly recommend him if you are looking to take the CFSC. He was able to answer all questions asked by the class, explained all the course material in a clear and concise manner, and gave everyone plenty of hands-on time with the firearms. You'll walk away from the course confident that you understand the responsibilities of firearm ownership and in your ability to safely operate firearms. 

Just successfully completed CFSC with Rick,he's an extremely qualified instructor, thorough and easy to understand. I have signed up with ranger for the hunters education course now. He even has a sense of humor when appropriate. Thanks Rick.

I took the course by Richard in middle of March. I learned a lot of new regulations and safety practices applicable in Manitoba and Canada. Even though this is a bit different to my previous training, I have successfully passed through theory and practical tests. Even though it was a long day, but it was worth it. I highly recommend the course by Richard.

I did my PAL and restricted with Rick. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the class interesting. It was a long class but if you pay attention you will definitely get through the practical and written exam. You can tell that he is passionate about teaching and wants everyone to leave his course with a good understanding of the course material.

I took both courses. Meticulous, well prepared and thoughtful instruction. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending Ranger for your firearms training.
